I switched from a McBeth style to a Ricky style n I'm loving it. The percentages from all ranges has improved and I can feel my confidence in this new form improving everyday. But when I cock back with my hips n knees on the back leg and explode I'm finding that it's a very hip orientated throw..When I use more kneee I adds a variable n decreases percentage..is anyone else having this feeling? Maybe I have really tight hips??
