Is there a good way to go about doing this without damaging the tee or using toxic chemicals?

Not good for you...but FUNNY AS HELL to watch...if you paint the teebox, be careful. There are some paints that end up very slick on the teepad after drying....not good
I am assuming that someone jusy sprayed something on the teepad, and did not cover it completely.![]()
Yea and its been there for over a month. Maintenance thinks that using a pressure washer might just embed it into the pad. Also wouldn't sandblasting damage the surface of the pad?
