stuck at 300 and a wobble

Can't pass the 300' mark while driving and after taking some video and slowing it down I noticed disc wobble upon release.

I realize I am not following through on most of the shots, but other than that, what else do you guys see that I can make some improvements on. My grip is basic 4 fingers underneath with thumb just outside rim where comfortable. Much appreciated!
