supercolor surge

I was just down at the local shop and they had a surge supercolor in the clearance section. I don't know alot about the supercolor disc so could someone school me up. I bought because it felt kinda cool and was cheap.

In my experience, the supercolor disc's are less stable then a normal run, the surge especially.
