not sure what mando there would be here (the plane?).
i agree with the dz outside the ob, so it isn't a drop in* 3 for trying to ace (*not exactlly a drop in: i've seen/had many misses from 20ft).

I think what he is talking about isn't really a mando, but instead making it a "true" island in the sense that everything but the grass island green is OB on the first throw. All OB throws would then move to a drop zone, presumably with no OB when throwing from the drop zone.
