Port Authority Two-Tone Soft Shell Jacket. J794. Mine has two interior chest pockets, which easily holds three dry discs, plus the front pockets keep my hands dry and semi-warm. Add the aforementioned wide brimmed hat and water proof shoes and I can continue to play in the Pacific NW after October.

Use both, rain jacket helps to keep you dry and getting cold quick. if its a light mist/rain I will hold off but pull out the Umbrella
