So it is April and I have only had three nice days so far this year to play DG. It has been snowing off and on for three days. Below is a pic I took three minutes ago. Just sharing my misery with you all.

Not quite at the Arctic Circle, but very close, 65° North. Pretty close in geography to northern Sweden, but much less mountains than Norway. Yes, it's beautiful, and even though such a northern location does have it's drawbacks, I can't imagine living in a different climatepeppermack said:vto said:Well, around here the great thing is that we have been above freezing temps for the last week pretty much, and lost 10 inches of snow already. Ya, compared to you I have nothing to complain about. Are you above the Arctic Circle. I have been to Norway and Sweden and I am assuming that where you live is as beautiful as those two countries so you have that going for ya!

I don't ski, its not worth the money to me. When I spend money on stuff I think "man I could buy a lot of discs with that $$". Skied when I was younger (like 15 years ago) but not fo a long time. I like four seasons too, but not a winter that last 6 months.
