You call the shark bad but the wolf good? Not sure I see your logic on that one. Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of the shark, but it is a far better disc than a wolf.

My primary complaint about the Shark is its rim - I cannot get a consistent clean release with it.

I mostly consider Sharks and Wolfs to be beginner discs.

I have given beginners both the Shark and Wolf to play with, and ALL of them have chosen the Wolf after a few holes of play. Maybe its OAT issues with the Shark, but I think the ease of release of the Wolf is a big part of it. Maybe the Thumtrac makes it easier to release.

For advanced players perhaps the Shark is a good disc for some things. I have done approach shots with my Shark and even putted with it, but there are other discs that are FAR better for those shots IMO.
