New favorite in the Denver-Metro area 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 21, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

+ Lots of large trees throughout the entire course
+ Concrete tee pads
+ Some challenging holes
+ Signs at every tee pad
+ Great variety of distances
+ Nice baskets
+ Great use of the area - back 9 make you feel out in the woods at some points

Cons:

- Can get pretty busy with people walking through, riding bikes and even fishing at the big pond
- A couple of the tee signs didn't show where the alternate pin placement is
- Hard to find any cons here....

Other Thoughts:

This is my new favorite course in the Denver area. I learned playing in the mountains on courses that were heavily wooded so this was a real treat for a Denver area course to have so many tree obstacles to play around. I had to really think about anything to list as a con for this course. Well worth the trip.

Well Rounded, Great Location 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 17, 2017 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Nestled between two picturesque ball-golf courses on a nature preserve, this course offers a well-groomed, well-signed, well-designed frolfing experience. Practice putting green, a relatively clean outhouse, and multiple picnic tables make your day easy and enjoyable. Plenty of old growth trees to challenge your accuracy and lots of tall grass rough too. Some slight elevation comes into play on a few holes, but a mostly level course. Alternating pin locations keep the course fresh each time you play. Perfect location, not far off the tollway from the airport, definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Cons:

Occassionaly the tall grass or thick trees will eat your disc, and a water spigot would really help after a long 18+.

Other Thoughts:

Would be nice if all pin locations were permanent, but now I'm just being picky!

Adams hollow is a full blown course! 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 13, 2016 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

New layout is awesome. Well thought out. Most if not all the holes have multiple basket positions. Good variety of holes that make good use of the terrain.

Cons:

Not much. Can be windy most evenings. Some ground cactus on the back. I miss old hole 10.

Other Thoughts:

Looking forward to tournaments here.
