Pros:

Great friendly atmosphere, quick play. The woods section feels very relaxed and old school. The paths leading to the next tee are well worn making navigation pretty simple.Benches and trash cans around.

Cons:

Worn tee pads, some tall grass. Not clearly marked.

Other Thoughts:

This is for a quick play, maybe bring your friends who are new to the game or a significant other. Very crowded on the weekend, I was surprised to see the course packed with casual players. They were all very friendly and had good golf etiquette. I really enjoyed my quick round here,

Pros:

-Rubber Tee Pads.
-Nice baskets
-Nice verity of open and wooded.
-Lots of ace runs.
-Good place to learn how to use a mid and putter.
-nicely maintained

Cons:

-No real water Hazards.
-a few holes the ground wasn't flatted out or water damage as bumpy tee pads
-Not to much skill here
-No signs
-Hot and Buggy

Other Thoughts:

Played with some guys who had been here before so they showed us around. It's nice little quick play, and is nicer then some of the other short courses in the area. First time using Rubber tee pads, and they were pretty nice, minus a hole or two where the ground wasn't very flat. It flows pretty nicely and goes in and out of the woods at all time which is pretty nice. When I had gone it was getting mowed that day.

Worth Playing 2+ years drive by

Pros:

All baskets and tee pads accounted for. Both open long bombs and through the woods shots available. Course is clean and easy to navigate. Ample parking. Easy to find. Free!

Cons:

Fairly short and easy. The last four holes are lackluster and basically filler holes, especially hole 17, which is pointless. The course is extremely windy due to not having much surrounding tree cover because of the the airport. No hole markers yet. Rubber tee pads are short and uneven in places. Cement tee pads would be a plus.

Other Thoughts:

Fun little course. It's nice to have another one in the general area. I'm fairly impressed with what the K Aces did with the space provided. It's a great beginner to intermediate beginners' course. Course maps are available in the Air Zoo building and discs are available for purchase in the gift shop. It would be a great course to take the family out to, or a beginner player. I think that's what they had in mind.
