Pros:

In my eyes Bad Fredeburg is the best course around that area. The scenery is really really cool. The first 3 holes are more at an open field. Afterwards you hike up/down the hills through a forest. The Holes diversify pretty much and are quite challenging. The course has a nice flow and you pretty much end(#18) were you began.
It is not crowded at all. There might be some hikers sometimes but its totally acceptable.
Wind weather arent a big issue here either (except for hard rain) for the most holes are located in the woods.

Cons:

There arent any teesigns to show you where to throw, just pins with numbers. Some tees are unhitched or just gravel. The next tee isnt always easy to find.
There is a parking-lot right at the course but its small and its pretty close to a basket.
There is a hole where its pretty hard to find a way through the woods/miss the trees. Its a bit unfair. Due to the hilly environment and the forest soil it might happen that you are further away from the basket with your 3rd shot than the teebox is.

Other Thoughts:

Take a picture of the map when you are here the first time to find your way through the course. It is pretty easy afterwards.
You really need sturdy shoes. It is really wavy in this area so good footgear is necessary.
It might also be straining walking up and down.
Prepare enough food/drinks.If you park at the small parking-lot close to the course you will pass your car after every round played. You can rest there and keep refreshments in your vehicle

Around the Sauerland, its the best course (for me) and one of my favorite ones so far. The landscape is awesome!!! Weather conditions such as snow, drizzle and especially wind wont affect your play remarkably. On cold frosty days its perfect here. Its worth a visit and you should play this course but plan a whole day.

Pros:

I loved this course. good challengning holes. Nice walk....up and down hills. Not to crowded. Good hole set up.

Cons:

throwing up hill...then your disc rolling down hill...past the point where you threw it from. not much parking in the area.

Other Thoughts:

It was still a fun day. good holes...it was the 4th course we played that day so we were are tiredby the end of it.
