Pros:
9 hole course located in mostly open fields in Bakerview Park, in Mount Vernon.
DiscNation Liberty baskets, which are probably good enough for this course. Mounted well, but starting to show some wear. One pin position per hole. These are certainly not my favorite baskets, but that's solely personal preference.
Concrete tee pads on each hole. Big(ish) circular tees, which I don't hate. They're not especially huge, but they were level around the tees, so extra runup wasn't an issue. I kind of wish more courses would incorporate these types of tees. One tee per hole.
What few obstacles are in this area of the park were mostly used. A few scattered trees, a scoreboard, the very slight hillside...decently done with what little was available.
Navigation was fine...the tees had hole numbers on them, and the flow was decent enough. A little bit of figuring out was needed in the middle, but not a big deal. Baskets are numbered.

So on a full weekend of bagging after decent rains, most of the courses in the area had some mud going on...but nothing like this place. It was literally like walking on a fully soaked muddy sponge. Simply walking this course left mud splatters halfway up my legs...I've never quite experienced anything like it.

Other Thoughts:
There's a whole lot of "meh" going on here. If you imagine the typical open field shortish park nine hole course, this is what you imagine.
If you're a bagger, you'll play it. If you live super close, you'll probably play it. If you're anything else, you probably won't bother.

Pros:
Course was easy to follow, once you found the first hole. Not crowded today (of course it was a Tuesday in May around 1pm). NO chance of losing any plastic.
Cons:
Short, post hole course. If you have nothing else to do and wanna practice your pitch and putt stuff for 20-30 minutes, worth stopping by, I suppose.
Other Thoughts:
As I am currently trying to work my way through all the Washington state courses, felt I should stop by and play a round, and it was quick and painless, at least. The course isn't as short as it appears from looking at the printed out scorecard. It shows hole distances in YARDS and not feet, so if you are expecting a 29 foot hole, its not quite as bad as you might have first thought. I updated the hole distances on this site with the correct distances, in feet.
