Pros:
Well thought layout
Phenomenal use of limited land space
Varied terrain/ elevation
Many holes have multiple "lanes" available
Common sense mandos and OBs
Course encourages the use of various shot types, but beginners can easily enjoy it as well.

Cons:
Grass gets very tall between mowings
Some tree maintenance would be nice
Not maintained by actual players
Location by an open airfield encourages some crazy winds

Other Thoughts:
Very impressed with the caliber of this course, given it's location. Great course to play several days per week, and several times per day. Challenging enough that you can have a great round or a pitiful one, just depending on how much the trees loved you.
