Pros:
Nice mix of short shots that will include longer shots with the expanded layout. There are open and more tight shots from what I have seen and the water hazards are not bad enough where you cant get most erant shots back. The city does a great job of taking care of this course.
Cons:
Currently there are shorter shots and the course can get a little flooded after rains. Tree branches and trees fall on the course but the city normally removes the debris quickly.
Other Thoughts:
This course will be awesome with the new layout. The new holes are going in so some of the holes from the original 9 are not there and there are new pins in place (like on number 3).

Pros:
Overall a very nice course.Well maintained. Cement tees. Nice mix of trees and open space. Course moves very quickly. Walks between holes are short. Par is relatively easy to score. Signs at each tee are accurate and in good condition.
Cons:
The sign poles at the tees are inconvenient obstacles in throwing. Holes are very short, most are 250 ft. or less.
