Nice little course! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 22, 2012 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Talk about no crowds, I'm not sure we've ever seen anyone else on the course!

Most of the course is in the woods, so it stays fairly cool in the summer.

First half of the course is near Morrell Creek, so there's water for the dogs.

Decent variety of holes. All but a couple are short, but to score well you will use several shots. This is a great course for beginners and kids. At the same time there are enough trees to keep it from being too easy for experienced players.

Cons:

Only 9 holes.

Nothing like a signature hole.

No basket on #9. There's an old tire that we've always figured is the target.

Other Thoughts:

We have a cabin up in Seeley Lake and I don't even remember how we first stumbled across this small disc golf course, but now we play it at least once almost every time we visit. Nothing spectacular, but its a great dog walking course. I especially like hole #7 as it is the one "huck" hole where you can throw for distance. Still looking for our first ace on this course, but my (then) 13 year old hit the chains on #8.

Located directly behind the high school. After playing, your kids can run around the football field and try out the long jump pit.
