User friendly course layout
good challenge for everyone, newbies may have chance...
Great mix of holes and changes w/elevation
Idlewild course is close, so it make a good warm up...

Cons:
Nothing wrong with it really, it does lack privacy in areas, and because it user friendly the draw back is people can play into each other... just watch out!
