It's ok for something different. 2+ years drive by

Pros:

fairly clean. not too many people there in non-summer months. Shaded, lots of trees and narrow-alleyways. signage is pretty good in that it leads you to the next holes easily.

Cons:

Dirt tee-pads that are not well kept. Some holes are just too short, though some offer longer tee boxes. The only reason your score will be bad is beacuse there are so many trees to hit. Otherwise it's fairly easy.
