Pros:
This course plays in the cleanest city park you'll ever find. There's not hardly a branch lying on the ground yet alone any trash or litter. Lovely Colorado snow-capped moutains sit off in the distance. It has some of the best, more informative tee signs anywhere, laminated actual pictures of the hole which are bolted onto to the tee pads. All 18 pictures were there and would be fairly hard to remove or vandalize. The pads are plenty big enough. The course forces you to roll especially on hole # 4 which has an anhyser mando shot around a tree.
Cons:
Nothing real major, there is one crossing fairway. The park is flat, they've done a nice job with what they have to work with. # 6 has an alternative throw over a small pond.
Other Thoughts:
I think it's kinda strange that five of the holes are (in my humble opinion) mis-marked, as to their pars. Holes 2, 9, 10 and 12 are all listed as par 4's and all are between 381 and 411 ft. So I guess they would play as 3 and 1/2's. All could be eagled with a big tee off and a nice putt! And then there is # 6, from the "A" is a 246 ft. par 2 with the basket hidden a tree. I'd normally call that a par 3.
A police station borders the course. I believe this explains the well kept appearance of the park.
