Most of the time, the course is set to a recreational to intermediate length with some tight pin placements and challenging holes. Creek comes into play on front nine.

For the main course, wood boards and flags are being used for temporary tees. All holes have multiple pin placements and a few holes have multiple tees (concrete).

Cessna Championship is an advanced to pro level course that utilizes the main layout for holes #1-8 and 18 as a safari across the short layout (always playable) with #9-17 in the east side of Cessna Park (temporary). This layout is typically only available the week preceding a tournament. This will be reflected in the gold tees.
