Pros:

There are plenty of chances to air it out here. A ton of open space and some very long holes. Experienced players might get a kick out of the unorthodox hole shapes. You can bomb it, and try to land the disc in ways you have never really done before. It's a unique course to say the least. And they definitely used all the land that was available.

Cons:

The pins are basically set at the corners of the property, to give each hole the longest length possible. I'm not sure who this course is appropriate for. Experienced players will find that every throw is not a golf shot. It won't really test them in any way besides distance. At the same time, the hoels are way too long for newer players. It really seems as if the course would be tedious for any possible skill level.
The exceptions are holes 1 and 9, which basically use the same fairway or lack there-of. The two tees face each other down a cross a pinball alley of trees.
And then there is four. An absurdly long hole, approaching 500 feet, the entire fairway is a dirt road with a canal on the right. At the end, the basket is just to the left of the road.
