NIce relaxing course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 10, 2012 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Very good course for players of all skill levels. Has a goog mix of long and short holes. Has some straight longs and short technical holes. Course has holes to challenge every skill level. Course is in a state park so its maintained well.

Cons:

No concrete tee boxes only dirt ones. Hole 13 has a few roots on tee pad so be careful. Long walk between 2&3 and 14&15. When it rains course gets muddy and ditchs get full around Hole 11.

Other Thoughts:

Hole 1 is now at the park entrance. Park closes gate at 6 so park outside gate if not going to finish in time. Pictures on here have the wrong hole info as the course has been redone. I will try to update pictures soon.

awesome short coarse 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 6, 2010 Played the course:once

Pros:

Very good for beginners. Or for those who do not have a strong throwing arm. Play area close by so there is fun for the whole family! Recommend it for anyone traveling on I10 that needs a travel break to stretch your legs!. Just get of at exit 869 and follow the road on the north side that runs west beside the I10. Well kepted up park.

Cons:

Could be marked better. Had a time figuring out the layout the first time. Watch fer snakes!

Other Thoughts:

I really loved this coarse since I dont have the strongest throwing arm. It was quiet the day I was there. Will be playing it more since Im only 5 miles from the coarse!
