Pros:
Easy to navigate, great for "practice rounds" or to just get a quick few holes in, nice scenery, park seems pretty quiet if there aren't any soccer games going on.
Cons:
Borders a soccer field so it might be hard to play if games are going on, there is a creek around the outer edge so be careful not to over-throw or you might be going for a swim!
Other Thoughts:
We drove to Cumberland Park from Toledo, OH (about a 3 hour drive). We were actually headed to the area to go to a Tijuana Flats that was nearby and thought we would check out this course along the way. It was a nice quick course to play before we ate (we would have been too hungry to get through 18 holes anyway!). My boyfriend didn't notice the creek behind hole 1 and overthrew his disc, so I ended up jumping into the mud and taking my chances to retrieve the disc. Overall a very nice course, just small and "easy" holes. Would definitely be great for beginners.
