Pros:

Only tight basket is 1. Course is open after that. Locals are friendly to direct you. Restrooms and pretty lake. Baskets look new.

Cons:

Little Signage. Looks like most markers are missing.

Other Thoughts:

Needs a club to take give the place just a little TLC. Markers on tees and numbers for baskets would make this a better course if your not from the area.

Course is falling apart 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 17, 2017 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Nice open course that allows you to test all shots. Basically, an open field with room to throw any shot you need work on This is the course I learned to play on back in 2009 so it has a soft spot in my heart.

Cons:

-THEY REMOVED WOODHENGE!
-A lot of the basket's chains are rusted to the point where they cause spit outs or hardly move.
-Basket two is missing, but not gone. There is a random basket placed behind the restrooms which I suspect somebody moved it to but there are no teepads pointing to the basket. By placed, I mean it's clearly just pressed into the dirt as the concrete is sticking out. Perhaps it's for putting practice? Anyway, basket two needs to be replaced.
-A lot, if not all, the teepads have their signs missing or fallen, or are covered in dirt. I know two are so caked with dirt it makes throwing from them feel unsafe and dangerous.

Other Thoughts:

I still like this course, it's just time for an overhaul.

Best (and Only) 18 hole course around! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 3, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

While the course looks like an afterthought added to a pre-existing park, the designer made good use of the few trees, and the available course to create a playable and challenging experience. Most of the holes had tee signs, although often they didn't seem very accurate. The weather was a beautiful 75 degrees and sunny in December, which is pretty fantastic.

Cons:

The signs need updating, it was a bit hard to figure out where the basket was, based solely on the sign. We had to verify every location (which is just a good practice anyway) and even then some of the mapping was a bit confusing. Some of the holes were missing signs, so I used online info and deductive reasoning to figure out the target. Hole 16 throws across a driveway, so watch out for cars. Hole 18 throws around a locked picnic area, so you have to be careful and accurate.

Scariest moment: there were some huge hidden holes in the fairway of 5, 6, 7 and my playing partner almost broke an ankle twice.

Other Thoughts:

Cute little park next to a body of water providing a little scenic backdrop. I would have a like a big overview map at the beginning, so that I had an idea of where we were going throughout the round. Bathrooms were easily accessible, if a little dank and gross. Overall I would recommend this course for all skill levels, since the holes are varied enough to provide challenges for everyone. If in the area again, I would definitely play this course.
