Pros:
As a practice area. This isn't too bad. You will definitely be the only one there so you can take your time on each hole. I used it to try out some new discs on the way to Zebulon. And if you can figure out where you are supposed to shoot from, there are some interesting shots to take. Given the area, and without doing much construction, its a solid layout.
The tee is also excellent. Not the tees but the tee. For whatever reason, they created a tee for just one of the holes. It's also the largest tee I've ever seen, There is enough cement there that they could have made standard tees for all nine holes.
Cons:
However, it also seems to have had better days. The cages are in abysmal shape. They are very rusty and in some cases the disc can fall out of the bottom of the basket.
Navigation is a nightmare, as there are some long walks between holes. This is compounded by the fact that there are no signs or tees.(well, one) Tees essentially become wherever you feel like shooting from.
You may also find cars parked in the middle of shooting lanes so what was a "tee" that you used at one round may not be usable the next time.
The worst part though, is that part of the course is in very close proximity to a water treatment plant. The smell makes 8 and 9 virtually unplayable and certainly not enjoyable.
