Pros:

Nice signs mark out the course with tons of explanations. In fact with the number of tips they give you on the tee signs you'd expect this to be a beginner course.
Tee pads on every hole including a "long tee" for most.
Beautiful hill near Dodger stadium.
Course is short and easy to get to.
Friendly locals, mostly I saw beginners.

Cons:

Really short. You can throw a putter/approach disc on every hole.
Most holes are straight shots through trees. Kinda boring.
Lots of fairways close to eachother.
Erosion all over.
Not much difference between long and short tees. Some of them are like 15 feet away from eachother. Why bother?
Lots of throws near the road/cars.

Other Thoughts:

If you are reasonably skilled this course is short and too easy. Not a lot of hole variety. Except for the four holes at the end you can birdy everything with a straight putter/approach shot. You would expect from the signs and distance that this is a beginner course, but beginners will have a brutal time chasing rollers.
