Pros:
Beautiful holes in the tree grove.
Not busy with disc golfers.
Neighbors and walkers friendly.
Short drive to the beach-the Gold Coast!

Cons:
Layout can be confusing first time there.
Intoxicated homeless/loiters become unruly.
Tee pads and baskets need maintenance.
Four fairways crisscross.
Poison Oak.
No restrooms-1 portable john only.

Other Thoughts:
Some course maintenance and a course redesign from the locals could really bring the course to another level. The rest is in the hands of the municipality-building actual restrooms, managing the poison oak and getting the homeless/loiters to behave.
