#5 tee sign is missing (tree has been cut down) But there is a groove where the tee is.

This is actually a nice little short course. Specially if you play it as 18 holes. While the holes are not long by any means, the shots are not boring either.

I was unable to find any maps to this course before I played it, I had to really search hard for a new of the tee signs. Most are about 8ft up on the sides of tree's.

- Two tees per hole so you can play it like an 18 hole course
- Lots of trees make for some interesting shots
- Compact course, can be played quickly
- Good mix of long and short holes

- Only 9 baskets so if it gets crowded you will be playing through each other when shooting from alternate tees
- Holes are very hard to find if you never played it or don't have a local showing you the routes
- Plays over walking paths so if the park is crowded you'll have to wait

Overall a very well maintained and fun course with a lot of shot selections if you know where you're going. I was lucky to meet up with a local who showed me the routes, but without him the course would have been unplayable. There's a local group who meets up on Mondays at 5pm, so hook up with them if you can.

1. Beautiful park/course with tall trees & a decent creek.
2. Course is fun to play as it is fairly well thought-out & there are no holes that rely entirely on luck (unlike #7 in Breckenridge).
3. Suspension bridge is a trip. Nice bonus to the experience.
4. The park was not crowded & the handful of folks that were playing were very approachable/laid back.
5. Holes were fairly well marked with signs higher up on trees.

1. This is not a long course, and plays almost too quickly given the drive to get there. This course is probably better for beginner to intermediate levels. Next time I am taking my daughter & we will follow play with a picnic.
2. It is a 9-hole course with 2 tees for each basket: #1 & #10 play to the same basket, #2 & #11, etc. Not certain this is truly a con given the course is not crowded, but when searching for where to start or go next, this info can be quite helpful.
3. The course is not flat, but it is not hilly either.
4. The dirt tee-boxes were not a con today, but the course was dry. There was evidence of recent rain with puddles in the road when entering the park, but tee boxes were dry. Still, it is not hard to imagine how a soggy day might diminish the experience.

As stated below, park your vehicle by the suspension bridge and cross over to start. If you drive from West Texas, you might rate this course even higher based on the park being more lush in terms of grass & choice trees. It is not only a fun course to play, it is quite pleasant in ambience. It was triple digit temp today, yet tolerable on most of the holes due to the shade (I weigh 280 & sweat just looking outside so this should tell you something about the course). Those coming from DFW might not rate it as high as it is not such an abrupt positive change environmentally other than not being in a metropolitan area.

While not a terribly long course it plays well to the beginner as well as the seasoned player. Nicer baskets than some larger more played courses that I have played. Some challenging terrain and water makes for good play. Well kept park with playground and large duck pond close by so bring the family.

Dirt tee pads not my favorite. Hard to play a full round after a good rain. Even after a few days 7-9 still muddy. Trees around the water holes always seem need to be trimmed to avoid hitting the water so bring a floater or one you don't mind loosing.

All in all a good course. live in the next town and get to play it as often as I can. Courses here are far and few between so it works well for us. My buddies and I are working on getting a 9 hole course put in where I live which will be great. If your passing through and got an hour to kill its a nice spot to play!

This course needs to be reviewed for what it is, and that is a nine hole drive and putt course. It is not advertised as anything else and serves its purpose very well. The tee signs are all clearly placed on a tree and easy to find from the previous basket. The layout is simple to follow allowing easy flow from hole to hole with no crossovers. The park is well maintained and family friendly. Its nice to even see a little tee shot over the creek. For such a short course it provides a fair amount of variety.

While some holes are thought out and make use of the terrain, there are a few that are seemingly thrown together. Some baskets are put in awkward places amongst the trees that count more on luck than skill for getting your disc safely to the basket.

Look for the suspension bridge, park right next to it and you'll be at the 1st (across the bridge) and 9th (to the right of the bridge). Seeing as this course is the only one for many many miles it is a welcome escape form the everyday grind that is Graham. Do I suggest you go out of your way? No. Do I suggest you take a 45 minute disc golf break if you're in town or driving through? Absolutely. It's a nice little park with a variety of things to do but a little slice has been set aside for this course and it's a nice place to throw some discs.
