This hole is a little longer than 15 from the red pad, but the same goes for it as for hole 15 from all pads. So I am taking the liberty of copying and pasting from Hole 15 tip:
Whatever you do, no matter what the hole looks like, you will want to play this hole a little long. For one, there is almost always a headwind here which stalls your shot making it harder to reach this hole than you think. Secondly, the shoreline recedes away from the tee pad on the left and right so if you are not on the line your drive needs to be longer.
Personally I take the original distance and add 30-50 feet to it to try to make sure I`m a little long. This usually leaves me parked or just a little long.
Everyone wants a birdie here of course. Take the long birdie, not the short one.
One more thing - I prefer to play the righty hyzer route because it finishes away from the water hazard on the right. The straight and turnover routes are very tempting but that headwind tries to make the disc finish right - towards the water hazard. Not good.
