Challenging Technical Course, Beautiful Property 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Dec 12, 2017 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Most unique terrain found in the area. Lots of hills and scenic overlooks, lake comes into play on a couple holes. Property owners are very supportive of disc golf and will let you play pretty much whenever.

Cons:

Homemade baskets are still present and they are cool but dont catch very well.

Tee pads are improving but many still need some work.

Some of the fairways could be made a bit more fair.

Other Thoughts:

The weather here is always extremes - 10 degrees hotter in summer or colder in winter. Wind seems to always be blowing here also. Lots of leaves in the fall to cover your discs but good chance of having them returned since it is private. Bring your hiking boots, and lots of water!

This is some of the most beautiful property you can find anywhere around the STL area and it has a disc golf course on it! Go check it out, and say hi to Travis!! These are really cool people that own the land, support them!

challenging at best 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 1, 2016 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

private property nice and quiet with challenging shots. Good excersise up and down the rough terrain, it gets the blood pumping. the T pads are a working progress but gett better each event there is out there. long and medium shots give you great oppurtunities to throw mutiple angles. hands down fantastic effort put into this local coarse. homade baskets are a change and fun to play out.

Cons:

climbing up steep hills 3 different times sucks a bit but is totally worth the play and views of the valley.
Not enough benches and chain in the baskets.
piles of brush and cut down trees everywhere
tree stubs sticking out.

Other Thoughts:

This will remain one of my favorite Private coarses in the STL area. I give a huge thanks to the guys who maintain it and the land owners for allowing such a great oppurtunity to come throw it. I will be returning for more fun at the Farm.
