The course has a lot of potential. There are a couple of signature holes like hole 14, which shoots down hill with water right behind it!!

Another one is Hole 13, which has a nice tunnel gap about 300 ft out, if you dont hit it.....look out. A decent score on long pads would be 54, and 50 from shorts....should get you close to a 1000 rated round.

A lot of similar death putts, that will go over cliffs and into water.....a nice long course to throw some bombs!!

Too many tweener holes!! Obviously not designed by someone who understands basic golf course design...Playing the short pads is the only way to play this course....long tees are just not rewarding, even for the 500+ big arms. At least 3 holes you have to watch out for children and crowded picnic areas. The long, long walks from hole 10 to 11 and the walk back to the parking lot from 18....leaves a sour taste in your mouth. The unlevel concrete pads are uncalled for....take some time and do it right next time.

This course could be 4-5 stars if someone came in there and redesigned it.....
