Pros:
27 holes with baskets in good condition. The main 18 hole portion has short and long pads (concrete, in good condition), while the backside 9 have concrete tees in fair condition. Course winds through a natural preserve area with defined fairways. There are multiple pin placements, indicated on the signs as to which placement the basket is currently in. Good mix of shorter holes along with longer ones and a few water carries on the longer blue pad layout. Trash/recycling bins next to a few holes and next to no garbage on the course, local club puts a lot of love into the course and it shows.
Cons:
Off the fairways on a few holes is extremely thick rough, especially on the backside holes. The tees are ample on the 18 hole portion but rather short on the backside 9 portion. Course tends to flood easily after heavy rains and can make a few holes unplayable. The course is bordered by two major highways, so while convenient for getting to the course, it does make for a loud atmosphere.
Other Thoughts:
If you're looking to play all 27 holes, come when it has been dry for a while, and my suggestion is play 1-7, then the backside holes starting with 7b, and then go to hole 8 to finish the regular layout. It will be a shorter walk than 1-18, then backside 1-9. Overall, this is a fairly typical Florida course that is not a destination course, but fun if you're passing through and want to stretch your legs after driving on either I-95 or the Turnpike, as the course is mere minutes from both.
