Pros:
Nicely kept grounds actually outstanding. The "rough" consists of maybe ankle high grass when I played. Baskets all in excellent shape. Nice concrete pads multiple pin positions. Some elevation change cart friendly. Water is in play on several holes due to ponds and a creek or two which winds through the course.
This course can appeal to most players unless highly technical shots are your thing. Enough of a challenge to let advanced player enjoy.
Cons:
The only obvious negative is signage not that it's bad especially but # 1 tee has the sign for #5. I was using Udisc and it was obvious but there was a couple there to play and they didn't have the app. I helped them and they seemed to follow the course after that.
One other little note I would even call it a Con but I went by just to check out the course and there were baseball playoffs going so no place to park but that's a special event.
Other Thoughts:
Definitely made my list of courses to play again and maybe catch the Granbury Open sometime.
I plan to play again tomorrow may update if I do so.
