Pros:
Elevated tee's on some holes = fun power throws that can turn into birdies. Great exercise climbing up and down a few holes. Over a 2 mile walk to complete the course is also great exercise. Discs that land in water hazards are easy to retrieve with a pole.
Grass is cut regularly. Concrete pads are in good shape and the dirt ones are broken in very well.
Cons:
Dog poop from nearby residents. New signage is needed for new comers. Tee #4 is hard to find for a newbie, just take the side walk North after #3 basket about 100 yards away. Not a whole lot of shade in the middle of the day. You never walk past the parking lot again until the end to get fresh refreshments from your car. Some veterns play the course backwards and can interfere with your play, but they are always a bunch of cool guys.
Other Thoughts:
I believe this course is not suited for a beginner, due to the long walk and several water hazards. I think #11 is the definition of this course, very cool and technical. It has a huge water hazard to cross and over throwing it can also land you in water.
