This is the 1st DiscGolfPark established in the state of Washington and the 29th DiscGolfPark installed in the United States. This course was founded and full funded by the City of Washougal Park & Rec. This replaces the previous Hartwood Disc Golf Course that existed here but was never completed (est. 2021).
This is absolutely an ideal course for everyone by catering to kids, families and challenging a wide spectrum of skill level players. It's gorgeous park located near Campen Creek with a playground and walking trails throughout surrounded by a very supportive community.
It has mostly side hill terrain with slight rolling hills and scattered trees that offer a great variety of distances and shot shapes. A short layout recreational level course measuring 1,815 ft (553 m) - Par 27 in the Short (White) Layout and 2,215 ft (675 m) - Par 27 in the Long (Blue) Layout.
Only two of the holes are over 300-feet with an average hole distance of 246 ft with several holes less than 200' feet and a few others in the low 200's to cater to a majority of skill levels. The overall course walking distance is less than 1-mile in length and typically takes less than 30-mins to complete a full round of 9-holes.

Local Directions:
From Portland: Proceed on I-5 North for 8.9 miles crossing the Columbia River and taking your first exit (Exit 1A) onto State Route 14 East taking that for 16-miles. At the roundabout, take the second exit back onto State Route 14 East for 1-mile more. At the next roundabout, take your third exit onto South 32nd St. In 0.3 miles take a right (East) onto Evergreen Way. Continue for 0.5 miles to a left (North) on 39th St. and another 0.5 miles to a right (East) onto J St. In approx. 0.5 miles the road curves to the left (North) and turns into 49th St. Take that for another 0.6 miles and the parking lot to Hartwood Park (Big Red Barn) is on your left (West) side on the street.
From Vancouver: Proceed to State Route 14 East taking that for 16-miles. At the roundabout, take the second exit back onto State Route 14 East for 1-mile more. At the next roundabout, take your third exit onto South 32nd St. In 0.3 miles take a right (East) onto Evergreen Way. Once you arrive at the park, the course begins back around the North side on the Big Red Barn, you should see a large DiscGolfPark Course Map. The teepad of hole #1 is located just past that. Please use the course map to get a basic idea of the layout and inside the bottom of each basket is an arrow that points to the tee pad for the next hole.
