Pros:
It's a short, fun course. 9 holes and all are par 3. A couple of blind holes and lots of narrow lanes. Since you are in the woods there is 90% shade. The amount of trees to avoid make for a nice challenge to the par 3 holes for pros.
Cons:
Beginners will find the amount of trees challenging and frustrating. There are no wide open lanes to throw big sweeping shots in either direction.
The red tees (amateur) are next to the tee sign, but some of the yellow (pro) and blue (kids) tees are hard to locate. I assume vandals may have dug them up.
Other Thoughts:
The Tee Marker Signs are at the red tees.
A mixture of slight uphill and downhill shots. Probably no more than 10 feet in difference between most tees and holes, but there are some dry ditches to cross. Only 2 of the 9 have the hole and tee on the same elevation. As of this date, it's the only course within 30 miles.
