Pros:

The course is definitely unique. Many of the baskets have some gimmick such as hanging in trees, up on small hills, buried in the ground, etc. I found this to be a fun change of pace at first but as the course progressed it got kind of annoying. The course has many different holes and the originality of the layout is probably the only redeeming part of the course.

Cons:

We went on a weekend when a giant horse convention was going on right next door which spilled into the disc golf area. We missed the pay/parking station and ended up parking by a oversized basket with a fake rooster on top. It had a three on it but it turns out it wasn't part of the course...I think. Speaking of, the layout is often confusing the tee markers are either worn away or falling apart. The course reminds me of my grandma's house as it has knick knacks all over the place, most of them are old, falling apart, and in the way.

Other Thoughts:

Expecting people to pay $5 on a regular basis seems crazy and I would maybe play this once just to say I did. Also, considering there are 3 pretty great free courses across the river in Augusta (Pendleton King, Riverview, and Lake Olmstead) I don't know why people would bother to pay $5 for this course. Maybe it is more impressive in "tournament" mode but I was very underwhelmed by this course. Pine Valley is behind the Hippodrome (behind the basket that is surrounded by the fence) and was more enjoyable to play but was still not worth the $5. If you are in Augusta to play only a couple courses I highly suggest Riverview or Lake Olmstead.
