Pros:
I laughed out loud, several times, while playing this course.
Cons:
Navigation: The hole closest to the entrance, which used to be #1, is now #4. The good thing is that the +3 change was consistent throughout the remainder of the course, making the map still useful. The signs definitely need updating.
The flow is choppy. After finishing #6, the in-ground hole, you do not go to the closest tee to the left (#13), but walk between baskets 3 and 10 to find the tee across in the other patch of woods. After finishing #10, you head right, past tee-13, to eventually find tee-11. Basket-15 is located in the corral to the left, no the elevated basket straight ahead.
I'm not a fan of artificial out-of-bounds, but I see why this course has it, as many of the baskets are close together or near the walking paths players would typically take from basket to tee.

Other Thoughts:
This course reminds me of the less-attractive person who makes up for her/his physical shortcomings by having loads of personality. The land this course sits upon is not attractive - weedy and rocky, power lines, fences, busy road nearby, the blare of the speaker from the nearby car dealership - just perfect for a disc golf course, because who else would want to put anything on it?
The land has a bit of a dip in the midst of it, and also contains two small pockets of woods. About 1/3rd of the holes play short-n-tight within these woods, and the elevation changes introduced by the small valley affects about 1/3rd of the holes, too. The course is definitely on the open end of the spectrum, but the shorter lengths and artificial ob prevents the course from being a grip-n-ripper.
The height of the baskets is, shall we say, a bit variable. One is half-buried in the ground. Several are elevated, either due to earthen mounds (certainly hope they aren't fire-ant abodes!), sitting atop a can, hung up (by trees, by gallows - take your pick)
Favourite holes: 9-10, a downslope left-turner, followed by an upslope straight shot, both on the open side but with some nearby ob.. A lot of landscaping had been done in this central part of the course
It is a fun course to play, offers some challenges (three natural tees per hole, so pick your level of difficulty), but definitely not for the person who wants their baskets a uniform height off the ground!

Pros:
-good baskets all around the course
-memorable holes
-challenging (from black tees)

Cons:
-with the OB they had in the NCDGC, some of the difficult holes were made even more ridiculously hard. In my opinion, when you are throwing a 700' hole into a 30mph headwind to a basket that is on top of a 10 ft. mound, you shouldn't have to worry about landing your disc in a 30' wide fairway
-you really only need a putter to play from the red tees
-all tees are sand, which isn't a problem most of the time, but on some there are roots which will trip you up

Other Thoughts:
Honestly, had I been able to play it casually with no OB, I think I would have had a blast. But in the conditions this weekend, this course was a nightmare. Some of the gimmicks are cool, but others are just totally unnecessary.
