Pros:
Fun and free -> this little nine hole course situated in a quiet residential area is a nice place to play/practice
Clever design -> makes the most of a small but pretty park by taking advantage of the hills and elevation changes

Cons:
A bit beat up -> the baskets have been beat up a bit (but they're still fine) and signs have seen better days
Goofy pars -> Never mind the par scores on the signs - a par 5 300' hole?

I've only ever dropped and thrown it once but I was pleasantly surprised and envious of the locals who live near by.
An excellent example of how disc golf can be integrated respectfully into community parks!
Nine hole courses almost always leave me disappointed and even confused - this one makes sense.
