I've only played Idlewild about ten times over the past year, but this basket has always been in the long position, 350' uphill, just on the other side of the cluster of trees on the far side of the walking path. You can't see it from the tee. Also, just this week, a large branch came down from the tree that guards the 'mouth' of the tee, opening it up a little (but it's still a heave out there!)
