The beast 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 2, 2011 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Good variety and not just a bomb it type of course although the length is there. Best baskets in town. Usually not busy at all the west course gets more action. Requires strategy and thought but also allows for the grip it and rip it mentality on some holes.

Cons:

The length can be both a pro and con depending on your mood and level of play. It is sometimes too much of a course for your average player but the good thing is you can just walk to the other side of the park and play the west course. Wind will always be a factor but it's Kansas so get used to it.

Other Thoughts:

I really like this course but since getting back into the game recently I just don't have the skill to make it all that enjoyable. If you're looking for a challenge or are a top amateur/pro then have at it. I just prefer the west course. Oh and bring a long stick or some floating discs. There is water on both courses and the wind will land you in some eventually.

Great course. 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 16, 2007 Played the course:never

Pros:

Very challenging. I played this at the 07 Glass Blown and I was blown away. Tons of shot variation with alot of OB's. This course definately left me wanting more.

Shooting over ponds, through gaps in tree lines, elevation, distance, technical, everything you would want to see in a course.

Cons:

No real cons I can think of.

Other Thoughts:

This is my favorite of the two Jones Park courses.
