2nd best Disc Golf in the Edmonton area?? 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 5, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

plenty of room in this park for more holes!

park had nicer restrooms than most parks ive been to.

Very clean park and nice neighborhood surrounding the course.

plenty of parking

Most of the holes we're of average length for most advanced players, but all the baskets we
re placed in areas of younger trees.

DGA baskets

Cons:

the tee signs didn't indicate where the next tee would be :(

no tee pads

only 9 holes at this park

Other Thoughts:

IMHO the Edmonton area Disc Golf club needs to step up and get more baskets in the ground in thier area. Jubilee is a nice DGcourse, but only 9 holes in this huge park seemed crazy to me.

Decent Practice Course, Not Worth a Special Trip 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 15, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

- Good tee pads and baskets.

- Signage shows you which tee pad you're on, but illustrations don't make sense at times.

- Not too busy of a public space, though the public is in range at times.

- No lost discs.

- Good beginner course.

Cons:

- Wide open, super easy course. Nothing to see here for intermediate/advanced players.

Other Thoughts:

There's not much to say about this course, it's 9 baskets dropped into a park area with a few trees sprinkled around that doesn't offer any elevation, water or technical challenges.

Good beginner course or place to huck a few discs if you've got some spare time and you're in the area, but do not drive out of your way to check this course out.

Quick Practice Course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 30, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

Concrete tee pads
Hole signs at each pad
No chance of losing a disc
Permanent baskets

Cons:

A number of tee pads don't point in the direction you would throw to the basket.
Totally flat with minimal trees and only a few doglegs to the right.

Other Thoughts:

Just a good practice course if you want to work on accuracy or want to get out for a quick 9 holes.
