The grass is being mowed and the concrete tee pads are long and grippy. Good signage.

All of the brush and trees are extremely overgrown, plus 7 of the 18 baskets are severely damaged.

Damaged baskets:
#6 - basket was on the ground
#11- basket was on the ground
#13 - basket was on the ground
#14 - basket was gone, only a partial part of the pole is left standing
#16 - basket was damaged, yet still standing and playable
#17 - basket pole was gone; the basket was basically just sitting on top of the ground.
#18 - basket severely damaged, yet still standing and somewhat playable.

Brush/Trees:
#1 brush and trees around pond (and in front of the basket) basically made it impossible to throw for the hole on your tee shot. The only sure way not to lose a disc in the cow/cess pond was to throw around the pond (to the right).
#2 - brush and trees were so overgrown making the fairway ceiling almost impossible to throw under (from the tee).
#10 - much like #2. The low ceiling due to overgrown brush and trees made it almost impossible to throw under. Certainly wasn't able to do an ace run.
#11 - I love this hole, but the overgrown brush & trees have all but eliminated the preferred line to the basket.
#12 - the mando white line is sagging severely

I've played this course quite a few times over the years and it's really sad what it has become...especially when I can easily recall what it once was back in its hey day. This course needs at least 7 new baskets (and some upkeep on the others) and a LOT of TLC to clean up the overgrown brush/trees on the wooded holes. It's always nice to play this course when I swing through to visit family in Campbellsville, but it's really sad how the city has let this course go downhill so quickly.
