Good for putting practice 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 7, 2019 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Very short course that can be finished in 30 minutes or less.

The hole lengths make this an ideal course for junior players or beginners. But that doesn't mean it is no good for more experienced players. With the average hole being 145-180 feet, it makes this course ideal for people that want to work on their putting.

Cons:

Hole 7 plays into the fairway for hole 8 which means if you are just behind another group, you have to wait a little longer here so you don't hit someone.

The tee pad for hole 1 is right next to the basketball court and there were some people playing basketball the day I went. They had put all of their stuff on the pad so we had to start just to the right of the tee. Not a major inconvenience but could have been separated from the court a little more.

Other Thoughts:

You could easily do this course over a short lunch break or as a quick workout in the evening.

nice short course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 17, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

in a very nicely maintained park
easy to navigate
nice tee pads
great baskets
very good use of available space
park is clean and litter free
parking shouldn't be an issue
easy to find

Cons:

walking trails near almost every hole so be careful with your throws
water leaking from pool area had basket area at #8 fairly muddy
basket placement for hole #3 ( I think ), was near a hillside next to the tennis courts. we had a bit of a wait while people were getting ready to play tennis but it is a multi use park.....

Other Thoughts:

as a beginning player I really liked this course. it was easy to birdie or par each hole, even got close enough to hitting a couple aces that I scared myself. no need for a driver. threw a mid off the tee and then it was putting time. the likelihood of losing a disc was pretty small. some holes are tucked pretty close to one another so some common sense and courtesy goes a long way. Would definitely recommend this course.

nice short course. 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 21, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

Lots of ace runs and birdie chances. Great course for beginners and kids. Great use of such a small area. Lots of shots to use. Uphill, downhill, flat.the way they use the tennis courts and natural landscape to add difficulty to the course is genius.

Cons:

It is short and unless you are bringing your kids to play, it probably will not get used as much as it should. My biggest problem was hole nine. I loved the layout, however I left my first shot left and under the tree on the hill to the pool. The ground there is soaked and very slick. After my shot from the tree I ended up on my backside covered in mud. So lesson learned, don't go left, if you do be careful!!

Other Thoughts:

Two discs are all you need. So it is a great course if you want to work on approach shots and putting. My wife and 12 year old daughter love it. They do not have great distance to their throws so this course allowed them par opportunities with every hole.
