for right handed throwers: If you can't thrown an anhyzer (1st choice) or a forehand (2nd choice), toss a thumber to get over the bridge and at least midway up the hill.
For RHBH, and if you don't have a big gun, take your big gun out, most stable, top speed (i.e. - Boss?) and throw it down the middle...let the disc make the bend for you.
