Well, course is in decent shape, it's crazy layout, but very playable.
Course plays in a small city park and two holes play over the baseball field. Look for white markers, hole 1's marker being SW of the restrooms. From there you will throw from the white markers to the next basket, as each marker is right beside the basket you've just completed.

From US-50 (E Broadway St) turn just past the Free Methodist Church that is on the south side of US-50. You will see the city park. You can park in the church parking lot or next to the restrooms. Hole 1 tee is just to the SW of the restrooms by the baseball field. Look for the white marker.
