All 18 baskets in decent shape. All tee pads in great condition; all signs in good shape too. Grass has been recently cut on the front 9 (and #18), though they waited too long to cut and there are big clumps. Starting on #11, grass hasn’t been cut; thick grass is a foot and a half tall. If you don’t carefully watch - or can’t see - where you land, you will be looking for a while and potentially lose discs.

Shaded course plays along the Guadalupe River.
Most holes are straight/slight hyzer throws under an old pecan orchard.
