Pros:
This is a good quick course to learn the game on.
Cons:
The course can be pretty dangerous due to some holes being especially close to each other. The huge playground that is near the course sometimes encourages parents to allow their kids to go play on the course which can be dangerous too, as well as being a nuisance.
Holes are not marked at all, maybe 2 out the nine holes are actually marked.
Extremely easy to put a disc in the river.

Other Thoughts:
Mead is a nice park and would be a good place to disc if had a little more of a challenge and a few less pedestrians.

Pros:
Its good for beginners if you just want to mess around and throw some discs..Only 9 holes..Right off the water..Sweet bball court..All holes are reachable, Throw mead if you want something quick and make some Ace runs!
Cons:
nothing real interesting about it..poor course design..not technical at all, backyard kind of course..
Other Thoughts:
Im a nice guy but dont be surprised if you run into some ACEholes!
