Pros:
nice for beginners, very easy, nice view of the river, also big play ground for the youngsters.
Cons:
dirty, too easy sometimes, lots of people thet you whould consider bad,lots of goose and duck poop.
Other Thoughts:
good place for beginners and to take the family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:
Great quick course along a beautiful stretch of the Wisconsin River. Concrete pads and nearby grills and tables make it a great place for a day long outing.
Cons:
Not very challenging, lack of trees and obstacles. Watch out for goose poop and pedestrians, not to mention the lake that appears in the early season.
Other Thoughts:
This is a fun home course because it allows you to work on your game in a very open environment. The course itself isn't worthy of crossing the state for, but other courses in the area are, so stopping by Mead for a warmup is a great idea.
