Pros:

The baskets are nice. It is a nice park for concerts or activities in the adjacent river. It's great to have another course in the Willamette Valley. A few of the holes are fun to throw.

Cons:

Five of the holes could likely have conflict with other park users or cars. Hole 13 has very iffy footing getting to the basket and getting back down. Woe is the man that tries to play that one in the rainy season. For near certain you'll go down there. Hole 15 in my opinion is totally unacceptable. The disc lost ratio will be way to high. For a forehand throw count on a 2% success rate of clearing the steep canyon walls and the filthy water below. A good backhander may lose 60% of discs chanced on this hole. Take a look at hole 15 and you'll agree this hole has no place in disc golf.

Other Thoughts:

It's not a destination course but it will give locals a place to throw. It's a brand new course and it will improve.
