Pros:
Course located in an area without any other playable courses in the immediate locality.
Holes are relatively near each other situated along what I believe is a nature trail.
Ample parking
Beautiful scenery

Cons:
This is a brand new course and with that being said I cant knock it for the lack of tee-pads, signage, map, and directions to next hole. The teepads are marked and leveled, so I imagine concrete or paver teepads will be along in the future.
Fairways are somewhat narrow and undefined, however with more people coming to play they will beat in and open up.

Other Thoughts:
As a brand new course I can certainly see where the designers are going with it and with a bit more work and polishing this will be a fantastic addition to the area courses. I look forward to playing it again in the future and will update my score once the course is 100% complete.
